REFUNDS
If for any reason you cannot attend, you’ll need to inform me no later than 3 week prior to the event in order to claim a full refund. Sorry, but I cannot issue refunds within 3 weeks of the event.
TRANSFERRING YOUR REGISTRATION
I’m happy to help you to transfer your registration to someone else, but you must let me know as soon as possible. Unless there are very good reasons, I cannot accept transfer of registration within a week before the event.

If you require a refund, or have transferred your registration, please contact me right away so that I can get it sorted out, and ensure the changes are finalized.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND FEEDBACK
Once you register, you automatically give your permission to use any photography taken on the day. I also reserve the right to use any event-related tweets, quotes or feedback you might give in future material, fully credited of course.
